Judi Glova
Judi Glova brings more than 17 years of experience in the corporate world to her firm, Pinnacle Coaching & Consulting (a woman owned business). Working at a senior level for some of the largest pharmaceutical corporations in the United States like Roche, Pharmacia and Novartis, she has led, managed, mentored and coached teams and individuals to achieve award-winning outcomes.
Judi has parlayed her unique skill set to create a successful coaching and training business and segued into working with companies such as Microsoft, Intel and AT&T through her work for the Center for Creative Leadership. Her clients value her extensive career experience, big picture perspective, strategic insights, feedback and innate talent. All of these factors contribute to her ability to help her clients achieve new heights in their professional development.
With core competencies in strategic career transitioning, on-boarding, conflict management, leadership skills, team dynamics, problem solving and effective communication, Judi has helped clients accelerate their success and produce more satisfying results in their careers. These strengths combined with her high energy and forward-looking approach to career development make Judi a distinctive specialist sought out by innovative companies that value human potential and entrepreneurs who want to excel.
Judi is a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the ICF-accredited training program at the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC). As an adjunct trainer for the Center of Creative Leadership, Judi facilitates their flagship program, Looking Glass Experience, to executives in Fortune 100 companies. She also is certified to conduct the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, Genos Emotional Intelligence (EI) development programs and assessments.
Judi earned a BS degree from The State College of New Jersey. In addition, she has served on the Executive Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, Metro Chapter and is currently an active volunteer and advisor for their new Mentoring Program.
