Overview
During this interactive workshop we utilize the FIRO-B assessment so participants learn how their personal needs affect interpersonal relationships, how those needs play out in a group and ways to improve dynamics.
For more than 40 years the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior™ (FIRO-B®) assessment has helped people around the world understand how their need for inclusion, control and affection can shape their interactions with others at work or in their personal life.
