Format
This customized program is tailored to individuals, executives and management teams who want to improve their transformational leadership skills.
Program Overview:
- 7-10 raters* will complete a 360° assessment of the candidate
- Half-day Emotional & Social Intelligence Workshop
- 90 minute debrief on assessment results. Create a developmental strategy for needs and goals.
- 10 coaching sessions based on developmental strategy
- 7-10 raters will complete a post-coaching 360° assessment
- Debrief and strategy session for on-going development
- Option to continue coaching upon program completion
*A rater could be a direct report, manager, peer, vendor, or client.
Program candidates receive a total of 18 hours of customized emotional and social intelligence training by the completion of the program.
